Shipping policy

Shipping times may vary due to volume and capacity but is usually fulfilled within 1-7 business days. Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information.

Our store ships worldwide, however select items are only available within the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

Sisterberry & Co. is not responsible for transit delays, incorrect shipping information caused by the carrier or stolen/lost goods.

Our preferred shipping carrier is through Canada Post with the selection of Carbon Neutral Shipping as an eco-friendly means of shipping. 

International Shipping

Additional custom, taxes and duty fees are the purchaser's responsibility.
